Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi - Jabba gets Choked Out

Jabba Desilijic Tiure, better known as Jabba the Hutt sentences Luke and Han to be fed to the monstrous Sarlacc. As he is about to be put to death, Luke breaks free, receives a new lightsaber from R2-D2, and a large battle erupts. During the distraction, Leia jumps over Jabba's tail, wraps her slave chain around the Hutt, and proceeds to strangle him to death.

Sharktopus - Death Scenes

With a title like Sharktopus, how can it NOT be good? Sharktopus has everything a Saturday-night Sci-fi TV-movie should have: Bad acting, buckets of blood, and a giant half-shark half-octopus. In this scene, a bungee jumper becomes Sharktopus food.

MacGruber - One Dead Cunth

"Fuck You Dude!"

MacGruber gives Dieter Von Cunth the ultimate send off. During his wedding, MacGruber spots a disfigured Cunth (who was believed to have died in the film's final explosion). The two battle it out before MacGruber finally pushes Cunth off a cliff. As Cunth is falling, MacGruber grabs a machine gun and pumps a whole clip into him before he lands onto the rocks below. Then for good measure he shoots Cunth with a grenade launcher and urinates on his corpse. So let's review. Thrown off a cliff, shot in midair, blown up, and urinated on .....yeah, that's epic.

The Snake King

Sometimes a movie death comes along that will be etched into cinema history. A movie death that will change the way you see life forever. This, my friends, is not that movie death. But it's pretty damn funny. Behold.......the best scene from The Snake King. Shark Attack 3: Megalodon just did a facepalm.

Day of the Dead - Pvt. Torrez and Rickles get Eaten

As many zombie fans know, the death of Capt. Rhodes in the original Day of the Dead is the greatest "death by Zombie" in the history of cinema. But there were many other great death scenes from Day of the Dead that have been overshadowed and deserve some recognition....

Although Day of the Dead had fewer zombie kills than Dawn of the Dead, the scenes of gore are much more intense and convincing. Which brings us to the deaths of Pvt. Torrez(Taso N. Stavrakis) and Pvt. Rickles(Ralph Marrero), two of the most brutal Zombie "feasting" scenes ever and two of Tom Savini's greatest moments....

In this scene, the Zombies descend into the underground facility and wreck havoc on the remaining soldiers. Our first victim is Pvt. Torrez, who is literally ripped apart by the zombies, head first! Shortly after, our second victim, Pvt. Rickles is attacked and eaten as a Zombie rips off some of his face. Play close attention to the gruesome detail that Savini gives us. Some of the effects are so well done, it makes you wonder how he did that.
