Dawn of Dead - Hit & Run

Another car accident for everyone to go along with our theme for the week. This clip is from the Dawn of the Dead remake and no, it doesn't involve zombies. After Ana escapes from her zombie husband, she darts for the car to escape. The neighbor is out in the middle of the street with a gun trying to figure out if he should shoot her and gets smacked by an oncoming ambulance.

Evil Dead Trap - Watch Your Step

Shiryo no wana, better known as Evil Dead Trap in the US might look like a Japanese ripoff of Saw. You couldn't be more wrong, the movie came out in 1988, 16 years before Saw. The movie was so popular in Japan that it spawned two sequels. It starts out as an over the top slasher movie, but about halfway through the movie it goes beyond over the top into the realm of insane. You can't go wrong here; blood, gore, and did I mention that some of girls in the movie are Japanese porn stars. In this scene, a crossbow is attached by wire to a door handle. The door opens and an arrow shoots at poor Mako, who is tied up and gagged. It doesn't end there, watch the scene yourself to find out what happens.
