Tormented - Definitely Too Late

Tormented is the story of a fat unpopular student who was teased by all the cool kids in school. To escape the bullying he commits suicide and then comes back from the dead to exact revenge on the students who made his life hell. Real original eh? Who cares, people die in it right? Good enough for me...

In this scene, designated school bitch Tasha(April Pearson) is running away from the ghost(or zombie, I'm not really sure) of Mullet, the....ah geez 'Tormented' student who just castrated her boyfriend after having.....get this...safe sex. Kind of redundant now isn't it? Anyway, she falls into an open grave and in a desperate attempt to save her own ass confesses her love to him and says, "I would have gone out with you... maybe it's not too late?"........and queue the killer zombie ghost.

Tormented is like if Skins(UK version) and The Rage: Carrie 2 had a baby, then urinated on it. Not very good, but at least some of the death scenes were decent.

Machete - Triple Decapitation

Not since Friday the 13th: Part VI: Jason Lives have we seen a TRIPLE decapitation. But when Machete is surrounded by a group of thugs, he performs a deadly spin attack, slicing all three of their heads clean off.

Speed - Subway Decap

According to Cinemorgue.com, Dennis Hopper has died a whopping 30 times on-screen. All starting in 1957 with Gunfight at the OK Corral, Dennis Hopper has had a movie death career spanning six decades. From getting blasted in the head in Blue Velvet to... well, getting blasted in the head in True Romance. Most of his death scenes involved gunfire or explosions, but in 1994 came the crowning moment of his movie death career.

In Jan de Bont's Speed, Payne(Dennis Hopper) and Jack(Keanu Reeves) have their final confrontation atop a speeding subway train. As the two struggle, Keanu forces Hopper's head upward as an overhead subway light flies by and.......well you know the rest.


Later on when Annie(Sandra Bullock) asks where Payne is, Jack replies, "He lost his head"

The Wolfman - Out of Bullets

The Wolfman is a remake of the 1941 classic horror film, it stars Benicio Del Toro-in the role made famous by Lon Chaney Jr.-as an exiled British nobleman who turns into a murderous monster at the sight of a full moon. Plenty of entertaining and bloody deaths scenes make up for it's lack of imagination and moments of bad CGI. The best part comes when the wolfman chases after one of his attackers through the woods. The victim turns and fires his revolver as he's running away in a desperate attempt to kill the monster, but the man unknowingly falls chest-deep into a marsh and gets stuck. As the wolfman comes barreling towards him, he fires, but it barely slows the beast down. Once he realizes he's not going to win, he turns the gun on himself and pulls the trigger. -click- OUT OF BULLETS

Apocalypse Now - Death of Colonel Walter Kurtz

One of the most emotional and philosophical death scenes in cinema history(Along with the death of Roy Batty). Intercut with a tribe's ritual killing of a caribou, Colonel Kurtz is hacked to death with a machete by Captain Willard as The Doors' "The End" plays in the background. Coppola lays the symbolism on us pretty thick as we see two beasts getting cut down. The ultimate sacrifice,.....the horror.

Hot Fuzz - Death Scenes

Hot Fuzz mixed the perfect blend of comedy, slasher flick, and cop-buddy movie. The over the top violence can get pretty graphic, so graphic it's funny. Similar to the Black Knight in Monty Python's Holy Grail. Another great chapter in the Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy.

Ninja Assassin - Opening Scene

There are several entertaining deaths in Ninja Assassin and the opening scene is a showcase for arguably the best ones. In the clip, Hollywood and his friends spill buckets of CGI blood at the hands of the Ozunu Clan. Hardcore 80's Ninja movie fans should be pleased to see the awesome Sho Kosugi play as the leader of the clan. Sho Kosugi is a legend in the Ninja film business, starring in such "classic" films as: Enter the Ninja (1981), Revenge of the Ninja (1983), and Black Eagle (1988).

Duel to the Death - Over the Top

Sometimes there are films that can hook you into a genre. Watch Oldboy and you will have a new passion for Korean films. Watch Seven Samurai or Shogun's Assassin and you'll have an addiction to samurai movies. Like those, the 1983 film Duel to the Death will open your eyes to the world of wuxia films. Forget Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Duel to the Death is one of the last old school Hong Kong martial arts epics. This movie has it all. Fast paced fight scenes, beautiful cinematography, compelling characters, and most of all.....Ninjas. Surf Ninjas! Sand Ninjas! Exploding Ninjas! Tree Ninjas! Flying Ninjas! Giant Ninjas! Even naked female Ninjas! Truly one of the most action packed high flying martial arts films ever. In this clip, Japanese Master Hashimoto goes one-on-one with a corrupt Japanese official. The result is a hilarious over the top decapitation.

Sin City - Jackie Boy's Death

When Jackie Boy threatens Becky with a gun, deadly little Miho sweeps down, severing Jackie Boy's hand and killing his friends. Jackie Boy gets his gun and prepares to shoot her, but Miho blocks the barrel of the gun and it backfires, shooting the casing into Jackie Boy's forehead. To finish him off Miho makes "a Pez dispenser out of him".

The Last Samurai - Deleted Decapitation Scene

Ujio, one of the most dedicated, loyal and fierce samurai gets hassled by a couple of japanese citizens. Ujio tries to be nice; you can insult a samurai's Kamishimo, but don't ever poke it with stick.

Johnny Mnemonic - Laser Whip Decapitation

In the climax of the 1995 film Johnny Mnemonic, Johnny and bad guy Shinji are dangling from a cargo net high above the water. During the struggle, Johnny manages to grab Shinji's laser whip and wrap it around his head. The laser slices through his neck, sending Shinji and his head into the waters below.
